The temperature outside has dipped below 80 degrees. You know what that means. Pumpkin Bars!

Here are a few other things I'm making this week:
Baked gnocchi with ricotta and marinara{store bought gnocchi}
*note* the pumpkin bar recipe calls for 1 cup veggie oil. I used a 1/2cup oil and 1/2 cup sour cream instead. It turned out really well. thinking about trying all sour cream next time.

Someday you'll be my personal designer, stylist, AND chef. You rock. I adore gnocchi, I bought some last week and I am looking for a good recipe. I have a recipe for how to make your own, I'm too chicken to try. Pumpkin muffins are on my menu this week. It's only 67 degrees here. Brr!
